“Lettingsaway is a decent platform for property owners. The setup process was smooth, and their payment system worked well, with guests paying me directly through PayPal. I liked that they offered a guarantee for a minimum number of bookings, but I did experience some downtime where I had fewer guests than expected. Overall, it’s a good platform if you’re looking for control over your bookings, but I think there’s room for improvement in attracting more consistent guests.”

Lettingsaway delivered on its promise of confirmed bookings, but the slow start was frustrating. Once the bookings began, everything flowed well. I’d recommend the platform, but be prepared for a slower onboarding process than other sites.

I signed up for Lettingsaway because of the no-commission model. While I received bookings as promised, the platform could do better in filling up my calendar during the low season. Customer service, however, was top-notch.

Lettingsaway was fine, but I had higher expectations. I did receive bookings, but the process was slower during certain months. That said, the support team was very responsive, and they addressed my issues promptly, which I appreciate.

The good thing about Lettingsaway is that you keep 100% of your rental income, which is great compared to other platforms. However, the process of listing the property takes a bit too long for my liking, and I felt there could have been more flexibility in managing my calendar.

I like that Lettingsaway operates on a subscription model, but the booking flow was slower than expected during the off-peak months. Customer service was great, but I expected more bookings in the low season. It’s a fair platform, just needs a bit of fine-tuning.

Lettingsaway worked well in terms of securing bookings, especially during the holiday season. However, the platform could improve its speed in making the listing live after registration. I had a few hiccups in the initial setup, but overall, it’s a decent platform for owners looking to avoid commissions.

Ich weiß nicht, was die Leute da über schlechte Kommunikation erzählen, aber:

Ob sich die Anbieter einer Unterkunft IMMER selbst melden – und bei uns (mir) war es so – kann ich natürlich nicht sagen. Egal, ob Wochen- Sonn- oder Feiertag, die haben sich IMMER gemeldet, mir alles erklärt und mich auch “beruhigt”, dass alles richtig läuft.

Man kann das Land auf zb. Österreich wechseln und hat dann natürlich auch alle Preise in EURO.

We went as a family of 6 to Villa Lucie in Cilipi and we had an amazing time! The Villa was simply stunning and everything you needed and the owner Lucie was so helpful and the meet and greet was exceptional! Lucie couldn’t do enough to ensure our experience was outstanding! We shall definitely return.
