Christmas celebrants receive a Christmas tree directly outside the entrance door, candlesticks in the windows and a wreath on the door, etc.

Spend Autumn, Winter, Spring or Summer with us for all kinds of outdoor and indoor activities. Ski on the newly arrived snow, e.g. already before or during Lucia week or during Christmas, New Year or Epiphany, during the low-price period in January, during the February holiday, the March Solstice, the Easter holiday or the low-price alternative Spring skiing in the second half of April with the Skutskutet 21 April, the world’s largest downhill competition open to all ages, or with the Walborg fair celebration in connection with the season ending on May 1!

Combine board meetings, management team meetings, internal training or other meetings with, depending on the season, outdoor activities such as slalom and/or cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, mountain hiking, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lining, berry and mushroom picking, fishing, hunting, or swimming, or just relax with restaurant visits, play games, watch TV, eat and sleep.

Summer and autumn respectively can be fantastic. We have nice baths, forests with mushrooms, blueberries and lingonberries and expanses with cloudberries, both with a rich wildlife to see.

Excellent accommodation in a newly built house which was completed on February 1, 2015. Success from the first rental day! We call it Skidåkarlyan, a compact residence that has everything – a stone’s throw from the Kabinbanan, 50 – 200 meters depending on which route you take.

The ski shelter is heated with district heating in all rooms and has
– a common room with its own door, a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven stove and cooker hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large dining table with 6 chairs, a bunk bed and a TV
– a separate bedroom with its own door for a maximum of three people (in that case two children aged 3 – 7 in the wider lower bed) as well as two wardrobes and a desk.
– a fully tiled bathroom with shower, separate toilet, sink with mirror cabinet, washing machine
– sauna
– entrance hall with heated stone floor, hat shelf, separate wardrobe and especially the space for drying boots
– cleaning equipment and broom and shovel for snow removal
– directly outside the house there is a large shed for storing suitcases and skis. Bring a padlock!

Here, a maximum of four skiers can live and enjoy themselves during their stay in Åre, five people if two are children, who share the lower, wider bed in the bedroom,

Skis, poles and boots can be rented with a discount from the rental company. Ordered online and delivered to the house before arrival and collected after departure.

There are parking spaces on the plot. The driveway is plowed as soon as there is more than 5 cm of fresh snow.

The distance to the square is approx. 200 meters and to the station approx. 400 meters, ICA etc.
The distance to the cable car and the two adjacent chairlifts is approx. 50 – 200 metres, depending on which route you take.
The distance to the Produkthus area east of Coop Square, Systembolaget, the pharmacy and the Produkthus is approx. 1000 metres. Free parking!
