Each of the 11 apartments has a night (maisonette) and a day part.

In the maisonette part with an area of ​​18 m2, there is a “king size” double bed, 180 cm wide, and a pull-out couch with a full-size “queen size” mattress, 160 cm wide. The living area – 33 m 2 – consists of a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a set of kitchen utensils and dishes, an electric hob, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a toaster. The kitchen area is separated from the living area by a bar table with designer bar stools. In the living room there is a LED TV with a diagonal of 163 cm and a Chesterfield-type sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed with a mattress size of 140 x 180 cm. The entire building is covered with a high-quality WiFi internet signal. The sliding doors allow the living part of the apartment to be almost completely connected with the covered terrace with an area of ​​14 m 2 . The privacy of the terrace with outdoor seating is enhanced by the bamboo walls separating the terraces of the neighboring apartments.
