The space
In the apartment we have a lovingly furnished living room with books, as well as a TV.

Just a few minutes by car or bike from Landhaus Nepo, we offer our dear guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the countless hours of sunshine on Lake Klopein. Each guest will receive an entrance ticket to the private beach resort of Merlrose. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available in a private cabin. Of course, there are also changing rooms and sanitary facilities. This beautiful beach, built in 2021, captivates with its privacy, tranquility and exclusivity.

Endless walking and cycling trails, as well as small bays invite you to enjoy yourself.
