The subtle details are lovely, like Uli’s color-coordinated paintings, which harmonize wonderfully with the furnishings. It doesn’t take much to feel at home if you have an eye for the little things.

Sauna: A Finnish sauna and a sanarium await you in our main building. An infrared chamber and the bright relaxation area are available for subsequent relaxation. If you have any special requests or questions about a private booking of the sauna area, we are of course happy to help at any time. Our wellness area has a sanarium (60°C), a Finnish sauna (95°C), an infrared cabin, various waterfall showers and a steam bath (44°C). From the sauna there is direct access to the outdoor area and the relaxation room, which is open all year round. Opening hours: Daily from 2 pm to 7 pm
Restaurant: Our cuisine is at home in the region because we are convinced of what nature around us has to offer. Eating means experiencing, consciously and always with enjoyment. Everything that is prepared in our kitchen is 100% organically farmed or organically produced. The food as well as the drinks. Vegetarian menu options are a matter of course for us and we also try to cater to every dietary preference and food intolerance. Another highlight in summer is our brown trout from our own fish ponds at Bonawinkel. We look after the fish and feed them only organic food. After ordering in the morning, they are freshly caught for you and prepared in the kitchen. In the evening, we serve you your personal whole trout with fine Mediterranean vegetables and a special filling. Breakfast is also always included at Saladina. And we are happy to offer special menus for special occasions.
